Accessibility Statement

Last updated: September 22, 2026

1. Commitment to Accessibility

1.1 CLVY BRANDS LTD, Company No. 517395323 (hereinafter: "the Company"), considers it important to provide equitable, respectful, and accessible service to the general public, including people with disabilities, and is working to improve accessibility on the celavy.co.il website and through its service channels.

1.2 The Company operates in accordance with the accessibility provisions applicable to it by law, including the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments to Services), 5773-2013, while striving to comply with the Israeli Standard IS 5568 for web content accessibility at the AA level, based on WCAG 2.0 guidelines, as applicable to the website and its components.

1.3 The website is updated and developed from time to time, and the Company integrates accessibility considerations into the processes of setup, maintenance, and content addition. Adjustments will be made in accordance with the law, the nature of the service, technological constraints, and available solutions.

2. Accessibility Status of the Website

2.1 As of the date of publication of this statement, the website is in the stages of setup, implementation, and testing. The Company is working to evaluate and improve its usability via keyboard, screen readers, display enlargement, and common assistive technologies.

2.2 As long as a final technical accessibility audit has not been completed, this statement should not be considered professional confirmation that every page, component, or service on the site fully meets every requirement. Once the audit is completed, this statement will be updated, as required, with details of the audit date, scope, testing environment, implemented adjustments, and any material accessibility limitations found.

2.3 If you encounter an accessibility barrier, the Company will review the request and act, as much as possible and subject to the law, to correct the barrier or provide an accessible and reasonable alternative that allows for the receipt of the service or information.

3. Accessibility Adjustments the Company is Working to Implement

3.1 Based on the structure of the website and the components available on it, accessibility efforts may include: a clear heading structure and content order; keyboard navigation and operation; visual indication of the keyboard focus; links and buttons with descriptive text; alternative text for essential images; and labels and error messages in forms.

3.2 The Company strives to maintain appropriate readable contrast, the ability to enlarge text and view it without losing essential information, adaptation to common screens and devices, avoidance of harmful flashing, and the use of language that is as clear as possible.

3.3 To the extent that an accessibility component or menu is implemented on the site, it is intended to facilitate ease of use and does not replace accessibility adjustments in code, content, or service. Its availability and features may vary depending on the provider, the website version, and user settings.

4. Third-Party Content and Components

4.1 The website is based, among other things, on Shopify and may include components for payment, shipping, video, social networks, WhatsApp, maps, apps, plugins, embedded windows, and links operated by third parties. The level of accessibility for these components may depend on those providers and is not under the full control of the Company.

4.2 The Company will make reasonable efforts to choose, configure, or replace components in a manner that supports accessibility, insofar as this is possible and proportionate. If an external component is not accessible, you may contact the Company for assistance or an accessible alternative, as possible.

4.3 PDF files, supplier documents, content uploaded before adjustments were made, images, videos, or external content may not be fully accessible. Upon request from a person with a disability, the Company will consider providing information in an accessible alternative format, in accordance with the law, the nature of the information, and technical capability.

5. Accessible Customer Service

5.1 Service is available via email, phone, and WhatsApp. Any person requiring a specific accessibility adjustment, an alternative means of communication, assistance completing an order, or information in an accessible format is requested to specify this in their request, and the Company will act to provide a reasonable solution according to the need and the law.

5.2 There is no regular customer reception at the Company's registered office. Self-collection, if offered and confirmed in the order, is carried out through the EHOUSE logistics center at 5 Tel Giborim Street, Tel Aviv-Yafo, and only after receiving notification that the order is ready and in coordination according to the shipping policy.

5.3 Since the collection location is operated by a third party, it is recommended to contact the Company in advance to clarify the current accessibility arrangements and coordinate any required adjustment. If it is not possible to provide a suitable adjustment on-site, the Company will consider another reasonable option for receiving the order, depending on the circumstances and the law.
